Kazani Automotive Human Resources Policy adopts a participatory and value-creating Human Resources Management approach with the principles of change and transformation within the vision, mission, competencies and ethical values of Kazani Group Companies.

In the light of the Corporate Equality Policy, it is aimed to create awareness in every employee by providing a fair, transparent, efficient, healthy and development-oriented working environment that supports gender equality. Within the framework of the principles of equality and inclusiveness, starting from the recruitment process, in all practices such as training, promotion, performance management, career management and remuneration, gender, age, marital status, religion, language, ethnic origin, all kinds of discrimination and attitudes and behaviours contrary to Labour Law are completely opposed.

In all written and verbal communication within and outside the company, an egalitarian and inclusive communication language that supports skills and competences is used. In accordance with its working principles, it pays attention not to exceed the working hours stipulated in the legal legislation, except for short-term extraordinary business conditions. In recruitment processes, priority is given to female candidates among male and female candidates with equal qualifications.

A fair remuneration system that is in line with competition and market conditions, sensitive to the principles of equality and fair remuneration system is observed based on level structures and competences. Based on the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, all rights of employees are protected. A fair, transparent, inclusive and egalitarian performance evaluation system that measures knowledge, experience, effort and behaviour is implemented, ensuring that system outputs form the basis of development and promotion processes.

The career paths of all employees are managed with the principle of development orientation and employees are provided with personal, technical and vocational training programmes in line with their development needs. Students are encouraged to gain experience in professional development by offering internship programmes. In the workplace; ‘Zero Tolerance Policy’ is adopted against violence, domestic violence and/or violation of sexual inviolability in relations between employees, between employees and stakeholders and/or between stakeholders, and all sanctions related to the Zero Tolerance Policy are applied in possible cases.

Incentives are provided to increase the motivation of employees and strengthen their loyalty to the organisation through the findings obtained from the practices carried out for employee satisfaction throughout the Group companies.
