In this direction, our Quality Policy:
• To ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the work on time with a quality beyond customer expectations
• To adopt total quality management as a lifestyle and to carry out all activities accordingly
• To review the Quality Management System with the principle of continuous improvement and make necessary corrections / improvements
• To meet the training needs of employees in a way to support continuous improvement, to ensure its effectiveness
• To be among the reputable companies known in the sector in the national market in the first place, then in the international market depending on the process, to be branded
• To be sensitive to the environment in all activities
• To act according to customer and/or international standards in the production process
• To act in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 Quality Management System in order to achieve the determined quality targets, to ensure the continuity of the effectiveness of the quality management system, to review the quality targets in changing conditions and to update them according to the conditions of the day
• To ensure that the Quality Management System is adopted by all employees and updated depending on the developments in the process
